Client wanted a bright clean look, so we removed all fixtures and fittings back to brick walls and concrete floor.

• Installed ducting and wiring for fan heat light exhaust unit.
• Chased out the walls for new plumbing configuration, we then rendered the walls.
• Waterproofed and flood tested 24hrs.
• Installed new tiles, toilet, vanity, wall fittings and tap fixtures.
• Installed new fan heat light exhaust unit, new cover plates and switches.
• Painted the walls, ceiling and door frames to the clients specifications.
• Installed frameless shower screen with brushed brass fittings, then applied a nano sealer on all tile finishes.
