Luxurious Toilet and Bathroom Renovation

Client’s bathroom and toilet were ready for an update.

• Removed all walls and floors back to timber frames and floorboards.
• The toilet was quite small, so we moved the door frame forward 200mm to gain extra room.
• In the bathroom, we removed the bath, installed an extra toilet and vanity, changed the plumbing for a new configuration and installed extra power points.
• Re-sheeted the walls and ceilings, waterproofed and allowed the product to cure then flood tested for 24hrs.
• Screeded floors, tiled walls and floors to clients’ request which was wall and floor joints to line up.
• Fitted off plumbing, electrical, mirrored shaving cabinet, shower screen, custom-made vanity and all fittings.
• Painted ceiling, walls and door.
