Oxley House Tiling

Client wanted to update all the tiles in their house and remain in the house during renovations. So we set up dust curtains and air scrubbers to minimise dust entering the living areas.

• With the main floor, bathroom, toilet, laundry and ensuite, we Jack-hammered the tiles off the concrete slab.
• With the bathroom, toilet, laundry and ensuite, we removed all wall and floor fixtures back to the timber frame.
• Changed plumbing and electrical, installed noggins and extra timber for provisions of grabrail installations later.
• Re sheeted walls in bathroom, toilet, laundry and ensuite.
• Re sheeted ceilings set and sand.
• Waterproofed and flood tested for 24 hrs.
• Tiled wet areas to the clients’ specifications.
• Plumber and electrician did their fit off.
• Painted walls, gloss work to architraves and doors.
• Installed all fittings.
• After completion skip bins and toilet were removed off site.
