Client's Request: The client wanted to update the unit with modern finishes while keeping some existing elements.

Ensuite:

• The floor tiles were in good condition, so we ground off the glaze to prepare for new tile installation.
• Removed select wall tiles, all fittings, and the hidden toilet cistern.
• Installed a water stop angle in the shower base and waterproofed the shower floor.
• Allowed waterproofing product to dry and conducted a 24-hour flood test.
• Installed new wall and floor tiles, updated fittings and fixtures, and added a new toilet.
• Reinstalled the shower screen and painted the ceiling.

Bathroom:

• Installed a new toilet, updated the floor, and added a matching stone top for the sink.
• Removed all rubbish from the site.
